Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, I moved to Florida in 1993 to attend Nova Law School and have been practicing since 1996. I currently live in the Tampa Bay area and remain committed to achieving the most favorable outcomes for my clients. 

For many years, my primary focus was in workers’ compensation and personal injury; but, for the last ten years, I have been practicing almost exclusively in Social Security disability, with approximately 7,500-10,000 Social Security hearings in that period. While cases of this nature can take a long time and be frustrating for many, I am committed to getting you the results you deserve and in putting forth the effort you expect. I believe I have both the knowledge and experience to present your disability, regardless of your impairments and their severity. At The Law Offices of Rotstein, Shiffman & Broderick, we have tried disability cases all over the Southeastern United States as well as many other states outside the region.
